Who we are
Located in the heart of the Canary District in Toronto’s vibrant East End, we are Lisbon Hotel.
Not a hotel, and not in Lisbon, but rather an Iberian inspired cocktail bar featuring Portuguese delights and unique, contemporary cocktails. Drawing inspiration from European hotel lobby bars, our space is the perfect eclectic mix of traditional textiles and modern fixtures.
Sip on seasonal wine, local beer or even a macchiato as you dine on a tartar de boeuf, salt cod fritters, or fried olives.
With an extensive selection of house made cordials, tinctures, and liqueurs, the cocktail world is your oysters. Our female-led bar team is happy to create a custom cocktail just for you, as we flex our creative muscles — just ask for the “Dealers Choice”.
